Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot.

If you attend your appointment, this deposit will be credited towards the cost of your procedure.

However, if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, and the deposit will be retained.

Gift-Card Policy

🗓️ Gift Card value does not expire.

🚫 Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

💵 Balances under $5.00 may be redeemed for cash upon request.

🛡️ Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

💆‍♀️ Gift Cards can be used toward any service or product available at the spa.

Membership Policy

Subscription Terms

By purchasing a membership, you agree to a monthly subscription billed automatically to your credit card.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all included services until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 48 hours of the initial purchase.

After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued; however, you will continue to have access to all membership benefits until the billing cycle concludes.

Pause Policy

Need to pause your membership? We offer the option to pause your subscription for 1 or 2 months.

To request a pause, please contact our support team before your next billing date.
